You just have to forgive me. I promise: as soon as this difficult time with work is over I will get right back to posting meaningful posts again! It’s come to a point where I get up super early, go to work and fall asleep as soon as I get home. There’s just not enough inspiration left right now… I am a pile of clothing laying on the floor; messy and lifeless.
I have been listening to a lot of new music, though! Because if I’m going to go through the same routines every single day, I have to at least have some variation in my music. I even find these “new” songs to be quite relaxing and I often fall asleep to them, regardless of their genre. A few days ago I woke up to Thick as a Brick at 5 in the morning. Which was fitting, because I had to get ready for work. *sigh*
Anyway, try to enjoy this short reading and this song of the week.
I kinda had trouble finding a song to feature on this weeks Symphonious Thursday, because though I only listen to the music I want to listen to, I’ve kind of been listening… aimlessly. If that’s even possible. However, I really enjoy this song. It reminds me not only of sort of a James Bond/Napoleon Dynamite hybrid, but also sounds like something that you could hear in a Coen brothers’ film, which is always a plus.
I’m kind of tired, so I think I’ll just fall asleep.
